一、 招生对象 Enrollment Objects
具有高中（或以上）学历或同等学学历、身心健康，年龄18-35岁的外国籍公民。
Healthy, non-Chinese citizen and foreign passport holders with high school diploma (or above) or equivalent and aged between 18 and 35.
二、 学历层次和招收专业 Educational level and specialties
1. 学历层次：大专（三年制），修完所需学分后，可获得重庆电子工程职业学院专科毕业证书。获得专科毕业证书的留学生可获得推荐前往重庆或北京高校学习资格，继续学习1-2年本科课程，获取相应高校的本科毕业证和学士学位。
1. Educational level: junior college (three years). Diploma of junior college will be awarded after completing the required credits. The graduates can get the recommendation of further learning in the universities in Chongqing or Beijing, and the undergraduate diploma and bachelor’s degree will be awarded after learning for 1 or 2 more years.

一、 3.人才培养方案：Education Program
（1）专业课及专业基础课与中国国内开设的对应专业相同。详细信息可以登录学校官方网站查阅。

（2）文化课程主要有：中国文化、中国概况、现代汉语。Mainly Culture Courses: Chinese Culture, China Panorama and Modern Chinese.
三、入学申请
1. 入学流程：学生提交报名材料（现场或者网上提交）=>学校留学生办公室对材料进行审核=>现场面试或远程（电话）口试=>寄发入学通知书=>办理签证=>到校报到（提供相关入学材料原件、体检、购买保险、办理居住手续）:
Application Proceeding: appliers submit the documents for registration (on site or on line)—International Exchange & Cooperation Office check the documents—interview onsite or with telephone—Issuing the notice of admission—asking for visa—students registration (providing the original copy of entrance documents, physical examination, buying insurance, handling procedure of residence)
2. 申请时间：3月1日至6月30日（9月初开学报到）

（3）高中（或以上）毕业高中证书复印件或扫描件；Copy of original High School Diploma (or above)

（5）HSK 4等级证书复印件或接受电话汉语口试；Copy of original HSK level-4 certificate or accept Chinese oral test by telephone.
（6）近期白底2寸护照照片6张（现场申请提交），网上报名提交电子版照片。
Six Pieces of Recent Passport Photos with 2 inches in white or submitted electronic edition online. ( Application on site should be submitted.)
（7）未满18周岁学生需要提交“出生证明”原件及经过认证的“出生证明”中文翻译件原件、经中国驻当地大使馆认证并且公证的“在华监护人委托书”原件及复印件。
Students under 18 should submit both original copy and Chinese version of "birth certificate" and "Authorization Letter for Guardianship in China"authenticated by Chinese embassy at local place.

重庆电子工程职业学院简介
重庆电子工程职业学院是由重庆市政府举办、重庆市教委主管、市教委与市经信委共建的全日制普通高等院校。学校创建于1965年，1999年成为重庆第一所高职学院，是教育部、财政部重点建设的100所国家示范性高等职业院校之一、教育部“全国重点建设职业教育师资培养培训基地”，是中国高等职业技术教育研究会副会长单位和重庆市高等教育学会副会长单位。学校连续两届蝉联国家级教学成果奖一等奖，这在重庆高校中尚属首例。在2015年中国科学评价中心全国专科院校排名中，学校综合实力位居重庆第一，跻身全国前20强。在华东师范大学高职院校科研竞争力排名中，学校位列200所示范（骨干）高职院校第8名，居西南地区之首。
Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering (CQCEE) is a full-time higher education institution that was founded by the Chongqing Government in 1965. It is administered by the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, and was built by both the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission and the Chongqing Economy and Information Commission. In 1999, it became the first higher education college in Chongqing We have attained “Excellence” in the College Evaluation of Talent Cultivation conducted by the Ministry of Education. Meanwhile, we are part of the "10 of Chongqing Famous Higher Education Institutions", one of the 100 National Demonstration Vocational Colleges and“National Important vocational education teacher training bases” established by the Ministry of Education. We are also the Deputy-Chairman of Association of China's Higher Vocational Education and the Chairman of Chongqing High Education Association. In recent years, CQCEE has consecutively gained first prizes in the National Teaching Achievements for higher Education which is the first case in whole Chongqing colleges. Our colleges’ overall strength is listed 1st in Chongqing and top 20 in whole country on of the 2015 National College Ranking in China Science Evaluation Center. We also ranked 8 in the 200 National Demonstration Vocational Colleges in the national higher vocational colleges’ research competitiveness ranking rated by East China Normal University.
基础条件优越。学校占地1365亩，固定资产15亿元，校舍48万平方米，教学科研仪器设备值2亿元，在校生20000余名，馆藏图书127万余册。学校建有应用电子学院、通信工程学院、计算机学院、软件学院、物联网学院、机电学院、汽车工程学院、财经学院、管理学院、传媒艺术学院、建筑与材料学院、马克思主义与通识教育学院、国际学院、培训与继续教育学院等14个二级学院，建成电子技术、通信技术、云计算与信息安全、软件技术、物联网技术、汽车工程技术、智能制造技术、建筑智能化技术、新媒体技术、财经信息、电商物流等11个特色专业群，开办专业53个。优越的办学条件，优美的校园环境，使得学校成为领导调研、院校考察和企业合作的重点院校，也发展成为重庆市应用型高等教育的“品牌院校”。
Superior Basic Conditions
◆ CQCEE covers an area of 1365 acres with 1.5 billion in fixed assets, 480,000 sq.m. of teaching facilities, 200 million RMB of equipment for teaching and research, 20,000 full-time students and a 1.27million volume library collection. We have set up14 affiliated colleges which are Applied Electronics College, Telecommunication Engineering College, Computer College, Software College, Things Internet College, Mechatronic College, Automotive Engineering College, Finance and Economics College, Management College, Media & Arts College, Construction & Material College, Max and General Education College, International College, and Training & Further Education College. There are also 11 course groups: Electronics Technology, Telecommunication technology, Cloud Computing and Information Security, Software Technology, Things Internet Application,Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Intelligent BuildingTechnology, New Media & Arts, Accounting and Finance, E-Commerce Logisticsand 53majors. We have developed as "trademark" of applied higher education in Chongqing and have become the selective college in researchinvestigation, and cooperation.
师资力量雄厚。学校教职工1000余人，其中博士在读博士61人、教授66人（二级教授2人），副高以上职称教师363人。有两位教授享受国务院政府特殊津贴，5位专家被聘为教育部一级行指委委员。产生了“全国五一劳动奖章”获得者1人、全国职业教育先进个人1人、国家技能人才培育突出贡献奖1人、全国“五一巾帼标兵”1人、全国技术能手1人、世界技能大赛汽车技术中国国家队教练1人。学校高度重视“双师”团队培育，现专任教师中“双师素质”教师590人，校内专业带头人41人，来自行业企业的专业带头人25人。同时，充分发挥高层次人才的领军作用，建成国家级教学团队1个，省级教学团队6个，校级科研创新团队12个。
Tremendous Teaching Faculty
◆ We have more than 1000 teaching staff working at our school, among them 363 holding Associate senior or above professional title, 66 of whom are professors (2 are second grade professors). There are 61 on-the-job doctorates. There are 2 professors receiving special government allowance from the State Council, 5members of higher vocational college teaching steering committee, 1 winner of“National Labor Medal”, 1 winner of “Advanced individual of national vocational education”, 1 winner of “National skills talents cultivation” medal, 1 winner of “National Female Labor Medal”, 1 winner of “National technical expert” and 1 national team coach of automotive engineering in the world technician competition. We put high attention to the cultivation of “Dual-qualified”teachers team. Now there are 590 teachers who have dual-qualifications and 41 professional leaders. Besides, we hired 25 industrial experts as our professional leaders. Simultaneously, we give full play to the high-leveltalents. Until now, we have built 1 state-level teaching team, 6 provincial teaching teams and 12 college-level research teams.
标志成果丰硕。学校狠抓教学质量工程和内涵发展，取得了一批富有内涵价值的标志性成果。近两届获得国家级教学成果一等奖2项、二等奖1项、重庆市教学成果奖10项。学校建成国家级重点专业9个，市级重点专业7个。有国家级教学团队1个，省级教学团队6个，国家级精品（资源共享）课程8门、省级精品（资源共享）课27门、国家级实训基地3个、省级示范实训基地2个。近年来，学校教师主持国家社科基金项目2项、省级重大重点教改项目32项、省级技术创新项目78项、省部级以上课题405项，获国家专利近500项，出版第一主编国家规划教材51本，发表SCI和EI等高水平论文1259篇，承担了技术服务研发项目500余项。学生省部级及以上竞赛获奖675项（国家级569项），其中多个团体、个人奖项代表重庆实现重大突破。在2016年第十一届“中国大学生年度人物评选活动”评选中，我校杨成兴同学喜获十大“中国大学生年度人物”奖，成为与清华大学、浙江大学等重点大学学子同获此殊荣的唯一高职院校在校大学生。校学生会还当选第二十六届全国学联主席团单位，成为历届唯一入选全国学联主席团单位的高职院校。
Fruitful Achievement
◆ In recent years,the college has been paying a close attention to the Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project, and implementing the Demonstration Plan of High-level Personnel. We have cultivated excellent teaching and research teams, and gained fruitful and valuable achievements. We have won 2 first prizes and 1secondprize of National Teaching Achievement Award, 10 prizes of Chongqing Teaching Achievement Award. We own 1 state-level key major and 7 key majors in Chongqing. We have established 1 state-level teaching team, 6 excellent teaching teams in Chongqing, 8 state-level excellent courses, 29 Chongqing excellent courses, 3 state-level training bases and 2 provincial demonstration training base. In recent years, we have 2 projects supported by National Social Science Foundation, 32 provincial key educational reform projects, 78 provincial technical innovation projects and 405 provincial project. We also has nearly 500 national patents, 51 national-planned teaching materials. We published 1269 research paper including SCI and EI and undertook more than 500 technical service projects. Our students won 675 prizes including 569 state-level prizes. In 2016, our student Yang Chengxin won prize in the 11th session of “Chinese college students annual figure selection” and was the first person from vocational college. Our students’ union was selected as the member of presidiumin the 26th All-China Students’ Federation which is the first member from vocational college.
